Tina Sherrill
Division Manager
Tina Sherrill joined the Management Services Division of The Keith Corporation in 1994. In her current role as Division Manager, she has the distinction of serving on the Management Services Executive Committee for the mentoring of several TKC Management Services Property and Facility Managers. These portfolios are diverse, including Class-A office, industrial, retail, banking, and medical facilities. Additionally, Ms. Sherrill oversees the Asset Management of The Keith Corporation portfolio which consists of over 2.2 million square feet.
Previous TKC Management Services portfolios overseen by Ms. Sherrill included 3.1 million square feet of Class-A office and government facilities of the Mecklenburg County Courts Complex, Mecklenburg County Parks and Recreation Facilities, as well as all Mecklenburg County Libraries in Charlotte, North Carolina. She also oversaw the American Tobacco Campus (ATC), a mix of retail and office space in Durham, North Carolina, which encompasses over 1.5 million square feet. The management services group at ATC, under her supervision, implemented the ATC Property Management Department by creating retail and office policies and procedures to include rent collections, property maintenance, service coordination, and life/safety programs.
Ms. Sherrill is currently managing and implementing this same program for Morrison Yard Office (MYO), the largest high-rise property in the City of Charleston, SC. MYO is the first building to achieve both the Charleston Rises Green Building Design and the Fitwell Certifications.
In her capacity, Ms. Sherill is responsible for creating and tracking annual budgets, capital calls, and supervision of all operations including Janitorial, Landscape Maintenance, HVAC Maintenance, Security, and Utilities. She is a member of the company’s Premier Partner Committee, which interviews and selects preferred contractors and service providers for TKC and focuses on continued best practices in customer service. She is also the Committee Leader for the ongoing review of Standard Operating Procedures utilized by the Management Services Division.
Ms. Sherrill has her Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Facility Manager Administrator (FMA) designation since 1998. She is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
