Hunter Miller

Hunter Miller, Chief Financial Officer at The Keith Corporation, joined the firm in 2024. With over 18 years of experience in real estate investment, finance, and capital markets, Hunter oversees the company's investment strategy, capital markets, and finance activities. He is responsible for managing debt relationships, underwriting, finance, coordination with acquisition and development teams, dispositions, and strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining The Keith Corporation, Hunter spent 17 years with Wells Fargo Bank, where he held management positions in Real Estate Capital Markets, Real Estate Structured Finance, Special Situations Group, Real Estate Merchant Banking, and Real Estate Banking. Most recently, he served as Managing Director and Head of Southeast and MidAtlantic Real Estate Banking. During his tenure at Wells Fargo, Hunter was involved in over $35 billion in real estate transactions. Hunter graduated cum laude from Wofford College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics.
He is actively engaged in his community and has served as a volunteer and board member for numerous non-profit organizations. Currently, he serves on the Charlotte city advisory board for Entryway, a non-profit assisting individuals who are experiencing homelessness in transitioning to economic self-sufficiency. Additionally, he is active with the Urban Land Institute as a member and former chair of the Capital Markets Council. Hunter resides in Charlotte with his wife and three daughters.
