David Osterhus joined The Keith Corporation (TKC) in 2005. He specializes in retail brokerage, tenant representation, site identification, lease negotiations, and built-to-suit development.
With over 40 years experience in retail and retail commercial real estate, Mr. Osterhus has gained the trust and business of a number of national brands including Hobby Lobby, Family Christian Stores, Foot Locker, Rugged Warehouse, and Cheddar’s Restaurant. He is a licensed real estate broker in both North and South Carolina.
Before joining TKC, Mr. Osterhus was Vice President of Acquisitions for Collins Goodman Development Company in Atlanta, Georgia, where he was responsible for identifying and acquiring retail sites for numerous East Coast and Midwestern markets. Previously, he was Real Estate Manager for Rack Room Shoes in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he completed multiple lease transactions across the United States.
Mr. Osterhus has been an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) for over 25 years, where he has served as a speaker, a planning committee member, and NC State Government Relations Chair. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Youth Commission International and The Charlotte Rescue Mission, and is a member of the Good Fellows Club in Charlotte and the Retail Christian Network in Franklin, Tennessee.
