This is the second build-to-suit The Keith Corporation has completed for Room & Board. The tenant is an American modern furniture and home furnishings retailer based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The building features a Ductilecrete® slab and the ability to expand to over 400,000 square feet. Logistically, this location made sense for Room & Board with several manufacturing partners in the immediate area.
