TKC provided complete ground up development for this 80,000 Sq. Ft MOB, including Brownfield Development, design, managing all site entitlements, construction, permitting, financing and leasing services including upfit for rehab/PT facilities, nursing stations, patient rooms, dining areas, kitchen and common gathering areas. Services include tenant upfit for comprehensive imaging, primary care, urgent care, women's center, specialty practices, Endoscopy, pharmacy, lab, administrative, food services area, training, set up for future expansion including ambulatory surgery,dialysis and Specialist Physician office space.
