Deray Shopping Center

TKC redeveloped Delray Square Shopping Center, a 150,000 square foot retail shopping center located on the north east corner of the intersection of Atlantic Avenue and Military Trail, in Delray Beach, Florida. The center is anchored by a new 45,600 square foot Publix Super Market, which replaced their existing store in the center, that is over 40 years old. The remaining retail spaces within the center were updated with new facades as well.
