TKC developed this 144,376 Sq. Ft. warehouse for Curtiss Wright in our Charleston Trade Center. Curtiss-Wright is a global innovative company that delivers highly engineered, critical function products and services to the commercial, industrial, defense and energy markets. This highly specialized facility serves as the East Coast testing, manufacturing, and distribution facility for the United States Navel technology they produce. The building is constructed of pre-cast panels and structural steel with deep, equipment foundation designs and ceilings with a 40' clear height, tall enough to house 75- and 25-ton bridge cranes and other specialty equipment.
