TKC has acquired Outlets Nags Head, a premier shopping destination in North Carolina’s Outer Banks, from Singerman Real Estate. This acquisition strengthens TKC’s retail real estate portfolio, furthering its commitment to high-quality, community-driven developments.

Located in the heart of the Outer Banks, Outlets Nags Head spans 82,161 square feet and features an exceptional mix of national brands—including Aerie, Eddie Bauer, Michael Kors, Talbots, and Vera Bradley—alongside popular local retailers like Salt Coast Outfitters, Outer Banks Olive Oil, and Bros Sandwiches. With a 34+ year operating history and a prime waterfront location, the shopping center remains a top destination for tourists and local shoppers alike.

“We are thrilled to welcome Outlets Nags Head into The Keith Corporation’s growing portfolio,” said Greg Keith, Chairman and CEO of TKC. “This acquisition aligns with our strategy to invest in well-positioned retail assets that create long-term value. The center’s strong performance and appeal to both residents and visitors make it a perfect fit for our expanding footprint.”

To enhance leasing and marketing efforts, TKC has partnered with Ignite Retail Partners, ensuring continued growth and engagement with the Outer Banks community.

This acquisition underscores TKC’s dedication to strategic real estate investments in high-growth markets, reinforcing its expertise in retail development, leasing, and property management. By leveraging its industry leadership and commitment to sustainable, community-focused development, TKC aims to further elevate Outlets Nags Head as a premier shopping destination.
