Thomasville, NC – September 2024 – The Keith Corporation is pleased to announce the start of construction on a significant expansion for Woodbridge Furniture’s warehouse and distribution center located in Thomasville Business Park. The project will add an additional 48,000 square feet of space to the existing facility and is set to be completed by the first quarter of 2025.

Woodbridge Furniture, a high-end brand specializing in case goods, dining, and occasional furniture, initially partnered with The Keith Corporation in 2018 to build a 63,000-square-foot warehouse. This facility, featuring a taller-than-standard design, was built to maximize storage volume for the growing company by utilizing vertical space.

The company’s continued growth and increased demand have prompted this expansion, which will allow Woodbridge to further scale its operations. The expansion will provide upgraded showroom space and will enhance the company’s ability to manage its distribution and inventory needs as it continues to lead the home furnishings market.

The expanded warehouse is situated on an 11-acre site, which was strategically acquired by Woodbridge Furniture to accommodate both current and future business needs. This project will ensure that the company remains well-positioned to meet market demands and maintain its leadership in the home furnishings industry.
