Wendy Fulton

Wendy Fulton has been a Senior Project Manager for the Development Division of The Keith Corporation (TKC) since 1996. She is responsible for the daily project management and coordination of numerous development and construction projects. Ms. Fulton manages projects from the early stages of planning, budgeting, permitting and scheduling through the final construction phases for occupancy and use of the facility. Her duties include site evaluation and pre-development analysis, obtaining entitlements, such as rezoning, variances, use permits, utility approvals, and construction permits, preparation of construction budgets, and management of engineers, architects, contractors and other third-party consultants to ensure project completion and client
satisfaction.

Ms. Fulton’s project experience includes over 100 retail, industrial, office and medical projects including those for clients Tractor Supply Company, NVR, Mattress Firm, Dunkin’ Donuts, Dollar General, Thomasville Furniture, Garden Ridge (now At Home), Hollywood Entertainment, Sonoco Products/Keating Gravure, Public Service Company, and American Equipment Racing (now BK Racing).

Ms. Fulton graduated from the University of North Carolina Charlotte with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with double concentrations in Marketing and Management.
