Alan Lewis

Alan Lewis, Managing Partner of The Keith Corporation’s Industrial Division, has over 36 years of experience in commercial real estate development and brokerage. Since joining The Keith Corporation in 1992, Alan has actively grown TKC’s industrial build-to-suit, speculative, and industrial park development platforms into a nationally recognized brand by developing over 33,000,000 square feet across the United States, Mexico, and Australia.

Alan attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and graduated cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance. Additionally, Alan is a past-president and board member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR), a member of the North Carolina Economic Developers Association (NCEDA), and a licensed broker in the States of North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.

Outside of The Keith Corporation, Alan is an elder at Myers Park Presbyterian Church and has supported and served on the Board of Directors of numerous charitable organizations. Most recently, Alan has supported organizations dealing with homelessness, mental health and Alzheimer’s, as well as a trade school and orphan mission in Bududa, Uganda.
