American Tobacco Campus

500,644 SF historic renovation of century old tobacco warehouses converted into office and retail use. This project was a successful public/private collaboration between a private developer and the City of Durham, NC. At the time, this was the largest state historic renovation in the past 25 years and is now certified by the United States Park Service. The project had a $120 Million budget.
