EDGEWATER, MD - FEBRUARY 21, 2024

TKC has completed the successful acquisition of the former K-Mart building at 3255 Solomon's Island Road in Edgewater, MD. The acquisition of the 117,689 square foot building, finalized on January 25, 2024, is part of South River Colony Shopping Center.

TKC plans to re-develop the building and is working with Jones Lang LaSalle, who is handling leasing for the remaining vacant space at the property.

Tractor Supply Company, the largest rural lifestyle retailer in the U.S, ranking 291 on the Fortune 500 will be leasing 33,272 square feet at this location . This is the third location for Tractor Supply in Anne Arundel County. They also have stores located in Lothian and Glen Burnie.
