Will Rice

Will Rice is the Business Development Manager for TKC Management Services.

Will is in charge of sourcing  and landing all new business deals for TKC Management Services. Will comes to us after eight years as a Facilities Solutions Consultant. Prior to that, Will served as the Upper School Head for Hickory Grove Christian School, performed missionary work in South Africa and Peru, and was a Senior Director at the YMCA. We are excited that Will brings many years of business development practice, which will transition well into his role at TKC. Will graduated from Wingate University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

In his spare time, Will enjoys being outdoors with activities including camping, hiking, and clay shooting. He equally enjoys spending time with family which includes his wife Tiffany and his four children, two boys, Cadenand Jack, and two girls, Mckinley, and Lily Kate. Will and his family have been members of Carmel Baptist Churchfor over eight years.
