Greg FitzGerald
Director of Property Management
Greg “Fitz” FitzGerald is the Director of Management Services for The Keith Corporation (TKC). He is responsible for new business efforts for asset, property and facility management, as well as management consulting for our commercial, industrial, and retail clients.
Prior to joining TKC in 2015, Fitz spent sixteen years with Charlotte-based Lincoln Harris, with the last four years as Vice President, Director of Property Management, where he was responsible for property management oversight for a portfolio exceeding 9 million square feet. Fitz oversaw activities of Vice Presidents, Account Managers, Property Accountants, Assistant Property Managers, Engineering Managers, and Chief Engineers.
Fitz has extensive experience with direct management and supervisory oversight of high-rise and suburban office product, healthcare and medical segments, educational institutions, and parking facility operations.
He holds a Bachelor of Science from Winthrop University and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), Facility Management Administrator (FMA), and a Real Property Administrator (RPA). Fitz is a member of BOMA Greater Charlotte Chapter and IREM Western North Carolina Chapter 40. He is President of the Winthrop University Real Estate Foundation.
